NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Annual General Meeting of the Members of The Vancouver Southsiders Soccer Supporters Society (the “Society”) will be held as a hybrid meeting, in person at Dublin Calling Pub (900 Granville St, Vancouver, BC) with an option to attend online on December 7, 2024, at 1:00pm for the following purposes:

1. To consider majority resolution “A” – CHANGE TO EXECUTIVE BOARD COMPOSITION 

2. To receive and consider the report of the Directors, and the financial statements of the Society for the financial year ended December 31, 2024 (copy available for inspection upon request);

3. To waive the appointment of an Auditor for the ensuing year;

4.. OR To appoint an Auditor for the ensuing year;

5. To elect Directors for the ensuing year; and

6. To conduct such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
