It’s been so long since our last Whitecaps match that it’s hard to remember what was going on in the league. I’m pretty sure it was a matter of wins, draws, and losses, but who can say for sure?

The Caps still have a handful of players missing due to international team duties. Doneil Henry, Russell Teibert, Derek Cornelius and Maxime Crepeau are representing Canada at the Gold Cup, and Lass Bangoura is playing for Guinea, so expect the lineup to look different from the last outing.

As for Colorado, they’re no longer the worst team in the western conference due in large part to goals from former Caps Kei Kamara and Nico Mezquida. What a crazy world we live in.
