Just had a reply from Pete Schaad to a broad question about members being blocked on twitter. Take it as you want, but he seemed surprised to hear that and asked if I knew how to check a list of blocked twitter users. The only way to unblock someone is to go to their specific page, though, so I can't imagine he's going to go to the trouble of doing that.
