    brew cycle in portland has this setup........ only downside don't think you can actually drink on it while moving

    Ive been on one of these in Frankfurt. The problem is you burn off the buzz before you can even get one going in the first place. They're fun, but they usually just get you to the party, and then the driver goes back to the U-Bahn station and picks up the next batch of piss tanks !
