I have the official Adidas Formotion Whitecaps jersey, and it's being a huge pain in my ass. Every time I wash it, it gets more wrinkled, and ironing it does nothing.
Does anyone else experience this annoyance, and is there any way to remedy it? My relatively expensive jersey looks like crap now.

PS Please don't repeat that sentence to my misses

SoccerSue said:Do you have the white or the blue jersey? I have the blue and haven't had problems with wrinkles (washing in cold and hanging to dry). Make sure you take it out of the washer right away. Maybe hang it in the bathroom with a hot shower on to get rid of the wrinkles?? Also, you can iron it; just make sure the iron isn't too hot, and it'd probably be best to iron it inside out.

.....with a damp cloth (iron that is).
Take no chances ironing synthetic fibers.

I have a newly acquired Jarju match worn autographed shirt, which is filthy with grass stains. It wasn't one of the ones owned by a Southsider, but Ryan brought them all out at the end of the game and this one wasn't being claimed , so I asked if I could have it, and he said yes.Anyway...I don't want to lose the autograph but would like to wash it...suggestions???

Tractor_Boy said:If the autograph was done with a sharpie, you are good to wash it as you would in cold water. The Autograph will last for a long time. Use hot water though and it will eventually fade.

Ryan_K said:I've been told that just washing in cold water is fine (I have yet to try it, however).
On a side note, how did you get a game worn jersey Tractor_boy?
