An email has been sent out to all paid 2012 Southsiders. In it, you'll find details regarding the Southsiders exclusive relocation opportunity. I'm going out of town for a couple of weeks, and won't be responding to emails very often (if at all) during that time, so please post any questions you may have here.
Just a note for others, my email went to my spam folder in gmail. Even though every other email from the Southsiders ends up in my inbox.
ETA: The Whitecaps website that you are redirected to has this question:
How many seasons tickets are on your account:
1
2
3
4
more than 5
I have exactly 5. I guess I'm not eligible. :D
Does this opportunity apply only to relocation in the core Southside area or to relocation to other areas of the stadium as well (e.g. East Side) ?
(Email also found in the Gmail spam folder - Thanks Fynnsky!)

1+ Member to 1 Whitecaps Account
Meaning each account holder will need to be a paid Southsiders member, but an account holder may have multiple seats.
Eg 1: Bob has four season tickets on one Whitecaps Account and only he has a Paid 2012 Southsiders Membership -> Can Relocate all four within the section
Eg 2: Bob and Tim each have one season ticket on separate Whitecaps Accounts; however, only Bob has a Paid 2012 Southsiders Membership -> Only Bob can relocate, Tim must purchase a 2012 Southsiders Membership if he too would like to move
Eg 3: Tim has four season tickets on one Whitecaps Account, but has not renewed his 2012 Southsiders Membership; however, his friend Bob has a Paid 2012 Membership -> Tim himself has to renew as the account holder must a Paid Membership
Eg 4: Prudence has six seats in purple and would like to move elsewhere in purple. She is not a Southsiders member -> She will be able to move as this is outside of our section and has nothing to do with us.
That said the details are all being worked out so some details might change

Ended up in my Spam box as well
We are only dealing with relocation inside our section, and as long as the account holder is a paid Southsider, you should be fine as far as I can tell.
You can still put in for relocation in other parts of the stadium, it just doesn't have anything to do with the Southsiders, since it's outside of our borders.
Thanks for all of your work on this guys.
Does signing up mean we have to release our current seats?
This window will be assigned based on when you renewed your season tickets. If you decide not to move, no problem, you'll keep your existing seats.
Answered. Thank you.
It has been brought to our attention that a number of Southsiders have not yet renewed their season tickets and have signed up for relocation. These people need to renew before Dec. 1 or their seats will be released to the general public. Also be eligible for the Southsiders relocation window they need to renew prior to that date.
My GF has renewed her season tickets, is a paid SS & completed the survey back in October. She didn't receive an email from the 'Caps today with her "personalized relocation time". Should she be concerned? She's planning on giving the FO a call, but thought I'd check on here if its at all related.
Thanks.
Everyone should relocate to 254. Behind the net where the Southside is meant to be.
Those that are part of the Southsiders relocation were going to get a special email. But it looks like that one didn't go out. If you received an email yesterday that didnt clearly mention the Southsiders relocation that means you are not part of the Southsiders relocation.
That said it's all hypothetical because I haven't seen either the Southsiders or non-Southsiders Emails.

Are you guys looking to move ?
I just got one from the Whitecaps even though I never requestes a move at any point
Every season ticket holder gets a chance to move.

She is, she split season tickets with her step dad but it'll only be her next year!

Thanks for the info, Brett.
Hey Brett, I have renewed my seasons tickets, and I am a current SS member. I only receieved the general email from FO. Was there another email that we were expecting?
If you followed the link that was provided awhile ago and filled out their form.
Yes, I followed the link, filled out the form.
They haven't sent the emails out yet, apparently.
If you are a Southsider interested in the upcoming relocation and have received a "Non-Southsiders" specific chance to relocate from the Whitecaps please fill in this form by noon on Wednesday November 28th.
You may need to do this even if you filled out the Whitecaps Form
Note: as of 10:56am Monday Nov 26, the Whitecaps have not sent out an email to people involved in the Southsiders relocation. So if you have received an email about relocation from the Caps at this point they do not have you on the Southsiders List.
If you renewed your season tickets, filled in the Relocation form from the Whitecaps, and have not got an email from them with a relocation window then you are already on the list and do not have to fill out this form.
Sorry if the link wasn't working, please try again
It's been so long I can't remember if I put a cover letter on my TPS report. I'll just wait for the email I guess!
Does this email between my account rep and myself sound right to the BoD?

I notice that my seats are available for relocation on Friday. As a Southsider, am I supposed to wait for them to deal with it if I want to move up a couple rows or can I do it on Friday?Josh said:
You can do it yourself on Friday.
Friday the 7th?
We are still waiting to hear back from the Whitecaps
General relocation is supposed to start Dec 14, according to our info from the club.
I'm relocating on the 10th. Haven't identified myself as a Southsider on my account. My co-worker (also not a Southsider) is relocating on the 11th or 12th.
Not available to select until Fri, December 7, 2012 at 1:00PM PST
I'll let everyone know if it allows me to move around within a Southsiders section. What has the FO officially deemed as our sections?
Here's the official word:

Thanks for posting this. Their email is coming from a different address than they usually use and ended up in my gmail spam folder.
I smell an almighty fuck up coming :-\"

in case your searching for it.
Anyone who's still confused: log into your account manager on the Whitecaps website. There's an option at left to relocate. Click it. If it says anything besides today at 1pm, and you were supposed to be in the Southsiders window, make a phone call to the FO.

I assume we can't check the box with our current seat until 1pm

U are welcome to join us in the prawnside .
FAIL :((
Anyone get in mine still says I need to wait until 1pm
Got in...it took some time though.
Yup. Got in. If anyone takes my old seats (251/D/104-105), just be aware you'll have a more offensive Gilbert Gottfried voice-alike shrieking obscenities in your ear and singing his own lyrics (often mocking his least favourite Whitecap on the pitch) for the duration of the game.
I got in, but nothing better than what I have now for my group.

I was targeting those sets of 4 seats separated from the rest on the side of the aisle just above and to the right of you. I suspect that these will all be spoken for, failing this we will probably try for closer to you. What are your seats ? (PM me if you want)
Cheers.
There were some surprising seats available (a pair in Row 3). Although I love hanging out down in the first couple of rows, the sightline leaves something to be desired, so had to pass on those and take two in 251, Row J. Who is around us?
Quite happy to change my signature. Moved up 8 rows in 251 Row 4. Seats 104-105.
Im now 253 Row 2 Seat 3 and my Whitecaps wife is next to me

Cool. We're neighbours then. I've got 101-102.
