Whitecaps Daily Ticket Giveaway - VWFC vs SSFC Sat 19 May

    The good news is that I won the 2 x tickets to the Whitecaps vs Sounders game this weekend on today's "Whitecaps Daily".

    The bad news is that I can't just pick them up on Saturday - they need to be picked up Friday 18th May at TEAM Radio between 8:30 and 3:00. I live on Vancouver Island, and can't go to Vancouver tomorrow to do so . . .

    Is there anyone who works / lives near TEAM 1040's offices, and is willing and able to pick these up and bring them to, say, Doolin's on Saturday (or the Terry Fox Pavillion before the game)? I would love to ransom them for as much in beer as it costs you in time and effort to pick them up. I have a phone number to get back to Tyler Green, to let them know the name of whoever picks them up.

    I have no idea where in the stadium the seats will be, but I'll be wandering into an empty seat near the SS if at all possible, to lend my lungs to outvoicing the Flounders.

    Hoping that I haven't offended absolutely everyone on this site, and someone will pick up the tickets . . . is there anyone from Victoria or Nanaimo travelling to the game who would like to carpool?
