    Hampton Inn is in walking distance to HDC. Cost is 125 a night average includes breakfast.Thinking of staying here.

    I was just reading through this thread and noticed that this is even funnier now than it was when you wrote it. :-D

    Greg and I are probably out for this game, btw. Plane tix have gotten too expensive and finances have gotten too tight.

    Southside Nation,

    My Family and I will be going as are are few others from Curva Collective. I guess we'll be in touch with Aaron from LAG. One of the 'Caps security guards told me that they may have to make the trip because they were told there would be over 50 Vancouver supporters. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this?

    I believe it will be closer to 100, but 116 will be all the away support - uniglobe included, so "Supporters" may be outnumbered by PB "supporters". ;-)

    That number is what Aaron said when I first spoke to him.

    Zach, I have no idea of the numbers Uniglobe have sold for this trip.

    O.K. Everyone i just talked to Aaron from the galaxy, he has 300 tickets available.Lets fill section 116. I will be collecting money for tickets at the next four whitecaps games. I will be at Doolins before each game i am also in section 252 row B seats 3 and 4. Also i"m easy to find i"m the guy in the kilt.Right now i think seats are $30 each, the more we buy the more the discount.The whitecap fans that bought with uniglobe are in another section.

    Just a reminder, i will be at Doolins collecting payment for tickets for theGalaxy game Sept 1 at the next three home games July 22, August 11 and 15th. I will be at or near the membership table, just look for the guy in the kilt,i also wear a white caps jersey with southsider 86 on the back.Cost of tickets is 30 dollars {american}. Message me if you have to make other arrangements for payment.

    I will be taking the boat down for a couple of weeks so if anyone is driving down and coming down the I-5 and want to stop over in Mt.Shasta for a night, swim, ski, I will be hanging out there for four days after the Portland game prior to heading into the basin for three points!!!

    Hello again. It is getting closer to game day, i am reminding everyone that i will be at Doolins on Saturday and next Wednesday to collect money for Galaxy game on Sept 1 2012.Remember im the guy in the kilt [not evil bert].Cost is 30 american.Also i have never been to home depot center any suggestions on were and time to meet would be much appreciated.We have 6 confirmed and 25 to pay,looks like it will be a great turnout.     I would recommend rock bottom brewery in Long Beach day of the game, great food, great ale and fit servers! right by the train station jump on the train to the stop before compton (begins with an A) and jump on the bus straight to the stadium for 2.25 as opposed to a 30 odd cab ride!

    This is what we did pre Chivas in July and will be doing it again next season when were down there

    There are lots of hotels in area, Long Beach is 20 minutes away, Disney is 30 minutes, many in Torrence 10 minutes or less to home depot center.

    Like I say we stayed in Long Beach this year having done torrence last year and will be favouring that when we go down for the playoffs!!

    I'm looking for three tickets also. I just booked my flights so I'm in for sure. I'll be at Doolin's on Saturday and will pay you then if that's okay. I was going to book the Hampton but decided to hold off till I get more input on where everyone else is staying. I want to be somewhere nice with a pool and a bar.
