Yep, FC Locerno. Luca signed with the same club as Mason Trafford as well in Finland.

Yes. FC Locarno and Mason and Luca are playing for IFK Mariehamn in the Finnish first div. The same league that Riley O'Neill (though technically he never actually played a game for the Caps) plays in with MyPa. Frank Jonke (no relation to Caps) also plays in the league for AC Oulu and was leading the league in scoring early in the season.
Love Wiki Jonke finished tied for 9th in league scoring and O'Neill is playing in Germany for SV Wilhelmshaven though I was sure the RPB were saying he was playing for MyPa? Maybe I don't love Wiki!

Good question ... both Clarke and Kindel were always top notch guys I do know another Southside favourite David Morris is working with the RCMP briefly chatted with him after the home opener.

I think Clarke is doing a fair bit of youth coaching. I know Jason Jordan is (Vancouver FC?), I had a chance to talk to him at a tournament down here last summer.

I saw Jason Jordan playing for Vancouver FC in the PCSL Reserve Division. I'll post a photo tonight.

Jordan has been appointed technical director of Fusion FC, which is the Vancouver/Richmond entry in the new BC Premier League.

Clarke and Kindel i think are both playing in the VMSL (with Surrey I believe)...if anyone watched the Imperial Cup final a few months ago, there were at least 5 or 6 'Caps alum involved in the match

Omar Jarun's contract has been bought out (i.e. that's been paid for the remainder of his contract, and released) by FC Tampa Bay.

Leaving aside my distaste for the word impact in this sense, I find his statement quite odd. I don't remember thinking "If only he was fully fit, he would be an impact striker next season".

I never got that impression either. Lots of effort, but just could never get his head or foot on the final ball. He never got their in time. The Caps had no rights to him in MLS. He had to go into a special draft where RSL picked him up.

That is great news. I feel bad for some these guys who signed on with the residency and it was just to fill a PDL spot with little hope in playing for the big club.

^ Yeah very nice to see after all the time Simon put in backing up ironman Jay Nolly. Its great to see him get a break. I wonder if this has anything to do with the fantastic coaching he got from Mike Salmon, or even by way of a recommendation from Salmon to UK scouts.

That was one that I thought we should have kept. He always impressed me when I saw him play for Seattle. Oh well, twas not to be I guess.

As to Clarke I guess he fell into the same trap a lot of players do. They stop burning up 3,000+ calories a day but keep eating them. Too bad.
